River loop explorative personal project

I wanted to created an animated illustration that looped infinitely while revealing some sort of moment in time.

I remember fondly traveling in Slovenia and being in awe of the turquoise rivers found there.

People would play and relax by the rivers and I wanted to reflect that atmosphere here.
